Details & Description

A. Income Tax Area:

1. Planning and execution of Tax & VAT management system with proper understanding of the business nature of the company so that company can be tax efficient and tax compliant;
2. To ensure the submission Monthly, half yearly withholding Tax Return in due time along with the required documents for that purpose;
3. Calculate salary related tax and ensure returns related to salary  submission monthly & yearly employee Salary tax related information to respective tax office (108 and statement of return of individuals);
4. Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
5. Assistance to file appeal/ writ petition to Tribunal/ High Court against various demands by Tax Authority, whenever required;
6. To attend the hearing and explain the position of the company before the Tax Authority for the purpose of completion of the assessment;
7. Maintain proper books of accounts related to Tax and ensure availability of proper documents;
8. Capability of maintaining good relation and liaison with various gov't office specially Tax & other gov’t Office.

B. Value Added Tax (VAT) area:

1. Prepare and maintain VAT registers ,documents & return such as Musak-4.3(Input-Output Coeficient), Musak-6.1, Musak-6.2, Musak-6.2.1, Musak-6.3, Musak-6.5, Musak-6.6, Musak-6.7, Musak-6.10, Musak-9.1 and other books/papers related to VAT) as per law;
2. Prepare & Submit VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner;
3. Prepare price declaration copy and get them approved from the concerned VAT official;
4. Prepare VAT rebate papers (if any) and get them approved from the concerned VAT official;
5. Reconciliation of VAT, Rebate, Revenue and Payable GL, etc.;
6. Calculation and deduction of VAT at the source, Preparation of a report on VAT at source and issuance of certificate thereon;
7. Handle VAT audit conducted by Govt. and other respective authorities. VAT audit reply and explanation drafting;
8. Assistance to file appeal/ writ petition to Tribunal/ High Court against various demands by VAT Authority, whenever required;
9. Liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers relate to Company VAT issues;
10. Maintain proper books of accounts related to VAT and ensure availability of proper documents;
11. Capability of maintaining good relation and liaison with various gov't office specially VAT & other gov’t Office.
